The launch list is free. No payment is collected and there is nothing to cancel or refund at this stage.
When credit purchases open
We do not plan to offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds for purchased credit packs. This does not exclude refunds or withdrawal rights required by applicable law, or refunds available under Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. Those rights take priority over any conflicting statement here.
Payment problems
When sales open, Paddle will handle payment-related requests under its applicable policies. For duplicate charges, missing credits or questions about tiny crew, contact support@tinycrew.app. Final purchase conditions will be displayed before checkout.
